An exclusive event to help future boat owners to prepare their acquisition projects.
On June 22, 23 and 24, Fountaine Pajot Sailing Catamarans organized a “private boat show” in La Rochelle, in the heart of one of the best-known marinas on the Atlantic coast. This was a milestone in the history of the shipyard, which for the first time saw its entire range of sailing catamarans, from 40 to 67 feet, on display afloat.
Three days of exhibitions on the Les Minimes docks in La Rochelle, private sea trials, shipyard tours, cocktail dinners and Happy Hours every evening to help you define or finalize your acquisition project. An exceptional event that enabled the attendees to discover the full Fountaine Pajot range, from the emblematic Isla 40 to the luxurious Flagship, the Alegria 67.
Guests had the opportunity to climb aboard the models of their choice, explore the different interior layouts offered by the brand, familiarize themselves with the unique features of each catamaran, or compare models and options. What could be better than to climb aboard the model of your dreams to project yourself, feel the ambience, compare volumes and discover the many innovations offered by Fountaine Pajot sailing catamarans?

Without doubt, one of the highlights of the event was the twice-daily morning and evening sea trials. For an hour or two at sea, off La Rochelle between the islands of Ré and Oléron, with professional skippers on board, everyone was able to appreciate the sailing qualities of Fountaine Pajot catamarans and feel the stability they offer. This unique experience enabled future owners and visitors to see themselves at the helm, on the flybridge or in the cockpit, and to discover all the pleasures of sailing aboard a catamaran.
In addition to the exhibition afloat, Fountaine Pajot Sailing Catamarans opened the doors of its manufacturing facilities to visitors. This guided tour allowed visitors to discover the construction processes behind our boats, and, for the lucky ones, to catch a glimpse of their future catamaran under construction. A great opportunity to find out more about the different stages of production, the methods and materials used, and to discover the expertise of the men and women who work every day to design these boats.
This successful event is now set to become an annual must-see event in June in La Rochelle, and is set to grow even further…
