Fountaine Pajot Sailing Catamarans are exclusively announcing the arrival of a new cruising catamaran into their range: the Isla 40. Her name is a self-evident and she sets the benchmark for sailing catamarans of this size.

As successor to the Lucia 40, which is today sailing on all the seas of the world, the new Isla 40 will have to live up to her predecessor: innovative, high performance and very comfortable.

Olivier Racoupeau Yacht Design, in collaboration with the engineers at Fountaine Pajot, have designed this new model, taking inspiration from the strengths of the other models in the range, and giving this 40-foot catamaran even more space and storage. Naturally, you’ll find the signature of the range: elegant and refreshing lines, with inverted bows.

Inspired by the beautiful innovations found aboard the Elba 45, the Isla 40 offers a spacious, light-filled and well-thought-out saloon layout. The overhead natural light gives an impression of space, reinforced by the panoramic view from the saloon.

The open galley allows full communication with the cockpit. Also new, a lounger equipped with an iPad base to allow watchkeeping and to control the boat in comfort. At the doorway, communicating directly with the helm station, the revamped chart table is easily accessible with all the navigation instruments.
