Photo Challenge 2023

Once again this year, lots of loyal sailors have taken part in the #MyBoatAndI2023 Photo Challenge. Aboard your Fountaine Pajot catamarans, you’ve taken us to all four corners of the world, from the imposing glaciers of Alaska to the beaches of the Tasman Sea. With over 800 photos and videos submitted, it’s with stars in our eyes that we’re wrapping up this sixth edition of the Photo Contest. Thank you so much for taking part in the competition, sharing your wonderful experiences and allowing us to follow your incredible adventures. This 6^th edition of the Photo Challenge was once again a way for us to follow your journeys through your magnificent shots and your most beautiful visual experiences with the community of Fountaine Pajot Owners!

For the 2023 edition, we have awarded 6 prizes, according to themes illustrating various aspects of cruising aboard Fountaine Pajot catamarans and today’s environmental concerns.  Our 6 winners will be awarded in 6 categories: the “Most beautiful anchorage”, the “In harmony with the ocean” prize, the “Best video reportage” prize, the “Lifestyle” photo prize, the “Most beautiful sailing”, and “Freedom and Adventure”.

A huge thank you to all the participants for offering us a real invitation to travel, under the hashtag #Myboatandi2023.

The new #MyBoatAndI2023 Photo Challenge prize, “Freedom & 𝐴d𝑣𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑒”, has been won by @vivianedeleu! 🏆.

They took us on a journey through different landscapes aboard their Astréa 42. Viviane and Luc impressed us with beautiful photos, enthusiasm and creativity! With their breathtaking landscapes, these shots unequivocally embody the “Freedom & 𝐴d𝑣𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑒” category of the photo competition, which showcases the thrill of new cruising grounds and the exploration of breaking away from the ordinary.

For these exceptional photos, you need exceptional gifts: a superb 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘅 𝗦𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵! Once again, we’d like to thank Garmin for partnering the photo competition and allowing us to award such amazing prizes!

The “Sailing” prize in the #MyBoatAndI2023 photo challenge goes to… @mojo_sailing!

Congratulations to this family sailing the Mediterranean aboard their Astréa 42. Their photos capture the essence of sailing, highlighting the grace and power of their catamaran “Mojo”. They were also lucky enough to have a rare and unexpected visitor!

The third prize, “The most beautiful anchorage”, goes to @sailing_luna1!

Congratulations to Rodri and Luján, an Argentinian couple who chose to anchor their Elba45 in the beautiful Caribbean Sea and its islands. Their photos capture the magic of an exceptional anchorage, showing off the natural beauty that surrounds their catamaran and their dogs. 🐶 Thank you for sharing these heavenly landscapes with us!
