FP51 FLY: New Flybridge Catamaran

Fountaine Pajot Sailing Catamarans unveils the FP51 FLY, a new version of its 51-foot sailing catamaran, joining the existing FP51 Lounge Deck. Developed in response to feedback from owners and its international dealer network, this new addition expands the FP51 range with two complementary configurations designed to suit a variety of cruising plans, from private ownership to charter operations. While the Lounge Deck version retains her original concept, the FP51 FLY introduces an elevated outdoor living space while preserving the key features that have made the model a success.

A flybridge designed for sailing and sharing

With the FP51 FLY, Fountaine Pajot reimagines the layout of her outdoor spaces with a flybridge that brings together sailing and relaxation.

Forward, a centralized helm station, inspired by the FP55, brings all sailing controls together in a dedicated navigation area. An electric genoa furler comes as standard, making sail handling easier.

Aft, the flybridge features a welcoming outdoor living area with seating arranged around a table and a relaxation area opposite. An inviting space to gather with family and friends, enjoy moments together, and take in the sea from a whole new perspective.

Accessible from both port and starboard, the flybridge allows for easy movement on board. An optional hardtop is also available, allowing owners to customize the space to suit their preferences.

Proven layouts designed for different cruising plans

The FP51 FLY retains the interior layout inherited from the Aura 51, whose design has proven successful among both private owners and charter operators.

Available in 4-, 5-, or 6-cabin configurations, she offers a range of layouts to accommodate different cruising plans.

Both FP51 versions also benefit from several shared refinements, including a built-in 253-liter refrigerator, a new instrument display mount, and adjustments to the saloon layout.

Continuing Fountaine Pajot’s commitment to innovation, the FP51 FLY is also available with ODSea+ as an option, as part of the brand’s range of energy solutions.

FP51 FLY world premiere in La Rochelle in 2027

The FP51 FLY will make its World Premiere at the Fountaine Pajot Open Days 2027 in La Rochelle, France, before being showcased at major international boat shows throughout the fall.

With this new version, Fountaine Pajot Sailing Catamarans continues to evolve its range, offering sailors more ways to enjoy life at sea while keeping the pleasure of sailing and quality of life on board at the heart of the experience.
