Photo challenge 2021

Loads of you shared your photos, videos, and more generally your best moments of life aboard your Fountaine Pajot sailing catamaran. This 4th edition of the Photo Challenge has been a great way for us to follow your incredible adventures and to share your wonderful experiences.

For this 2021 edition, we rewarded five participants, according to themes which illustrate various aspects of cruising, from life aboard a Fountaine Pajot to current environmental commitment. This year, we also highlight the most beautiful video testimonials. We rewarded five prizes : the most beautiful sailing, the most beautiful anchorages, the “emotion” prize, the “environment prize” and the best video testimonial.

A big thank you to all the participants for sharing their experiences and adventures all over the world, under the hashtag #myboatandi2021.

We would like to reward the newlyweds Ceylan and Alfie. They offer us beautiful emotions in pictures of their wedding and their new life aboard their Lucia 40 “Coco”. After the third lockdown, our lovers found freedom in the beautiful coves of Ibiza where they enjoyed the paradisiacal scenery of the Mediterranean coast.

The “sailing” award is won by mom-to-be Victoria and her husband Mike who sailed from Cartagena in Spain to Split, in Croatia, sailing over 2500 nautical miles and visiting the Balearic Islands, Sardinia and the Amalfi Coast. These captivating photos evoke serenity and reflect unforgettable navigations, accompanied by stunning sunsets. They succeed in surprising us with creative and artistic photos aboard their Lucia 40 Fountaine Pajot “Havanesey Day”.

This new “Environment” Award goes to Francesco and Emilie for their beautiful shots of the Tuamotu Islands in French Polynesia. As you know, at Fountaine Pajot, we are committed to the preservation of our marine environment. We are proud to share these great environmental values with the Fountaine Pajot owners. Francesco and Emilie offer us striking photos in communion with nature where they had the chance to approach sharks in the crystal-clear lagoons. As a family, they have been sailing around the world for 3 years aboard their Venezia 42 Fountaine Pajot “Kissanga”.

We are delighted to share with you these snapshots of Erdem and his crew taken at anchor in Turkey, between the marina of Kaş and the sunken city of Kekova, on board a charteredFountaine Pajot Lipari 41. A perfect place to connect with nature, between the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean and the green landscape.

We are pleased to reward Nicholas and Catherine Hodgson with this special video award.  As loyal owners to our photo contest, they invite us to share their memories of their last 6 years of sailing and their commitment to the environment. In 2021, Nicholas and Catherine visited Turkey aboard their Saba 50 catamaran “Lady Roslyn”. With family or friends, Fountaine Pajot catamarans offer a fantastic way of life between moments of sharing and extraordinary adventures.
