2025 Photo Challenge

This year, the #MyBoatAndI2025 photo challenge reached a whole new level: for the first time ever, the winners were chosen by public vote! Owners, enthusiasts, and crew members — many of you took part by supporting your favorite photos and bringing this wonderful edition to life.

Once again, your shots perfectly captured the Fountaine Pajot spirit: moments of freedom, shared experiences, unforgettable landscapes… memories from life aboard your catamarans, all around the world.

After several weeks of voting and selection, we are delighted to reveal the 7 winners and 2 special mentions of this 2025 edition.

The duo Dimitris Petikidis and Georgia take second place in the #MyBoatAndI2025 challenge with 86 likes. Aboard their Saona 47 Alegria, they share their passion for sailing in Greece through their family-run charter activity.

Dimitris, the captain, is also the photographer and the creator of stunning aerial shots taken with their drone. Each cruise becomes a new story to tell — they offer their guests a photo album as a souvenir, allowing them to relive the magic of their experience on board.

Together with Georgia, who brings these moments to life on social media, they form a passionate and caring duo driven by the joy of welcoming and sharing. A beautiful family adventure that perfectly embodies the Fountaine Pajot spirit.

We are delighted to share the stunning shots captured by Erdem and his crew, taken at anchor in Turkey, between Kaş Marina and the sunken city of Kekova.

Aboard their Lipari 41 Lipari, they introduce others to the joys of sailing and the beauty of the Mediterranean through their charter activity. Their aerial photos and drone videos perfectly capture the magic of these landscapes — turquoise waters, unspoiled nature, and the peacefulness of an ideal anchorage for a Fountaine Pajot catamaran.

Victoria Karalyunets takes fifth place in the #MyBoatAndI2025 contest.

For her first participation, she chose to experience the Fountaine Pajot lifestyle aboard an Elba 45, chartered in Italy in the waters of Ventotene, for a sea getaway marked by relaxation and discovery.

Her video reflects the natural beauty of the Mediterranean and the serenity that comes with sailing on a Fountaine Pajot catamaran. A bright and spontaneous video that perfectly captures the spirit of the #MyBoatAndI contest — sharing genuine moments of life at sea.

A remarkable first participation for Victoria.

The Scarlet Ibis ranks sixth in the #MyBoatAndI2025 challenge. Based in the British Virgin Islands, this Isla 40 catamaran operates as a charter, offering groups the opportunity to experience the Fountaine Pajot lifestyle in an exceptional tropical setting.

The featured video highlights the beauty and authenticity of a sea voyage — soft light, crystal-clear panoramas, and that calm sensation unique to sailing aboard a catamaran. It reflects the care taken to welcome guests, share discoveries, and create meaningful experiences at sea.

A well-deserved recognition for this crew devoted to hospitality on the water.

In seventh place in the #MyBoatAndI2025 contest are Catherine and Stéphane, known as @ile_de_rey, aboard their Saona 47 Île de Rey.

These passionate sailors divide their time between France, the Bahamas, and Belize, and are currently on an extended voyage along the American coastline. Their photos perfectly capture their adventurous spirit — the sea as their horizon, and a life dedicated to exploration and discovery. Between tropical stopovers and maritime encounters, their journey embodies the freedom and open-mindedness that define the Fountaine Pajot community.

A wonderful recognition for this inspiring duo of sailors.

This year, in addition to the seven winners, the jury wanted to highlight two special mentions. These distinctions honor photos that, beyond the ranking, stood out for their emotion, creativity, and unique perspective on life aboard.

The first special mention of the #MyBoatAndI2025 edition goes to @stargazeradventures, aboard their Elba 45 Stargazer.

Based between the United States and the Bahamas, the crew shares their life at sea month after month, along with the beauty of the landscapes they sail through. Their photos captivated the jury with their peaceful and luminous atmosphere, conveying both the freedom of sailing and the serenity of family cruising. Simple and authentic shots that perfectly embody what life aboard a Fountaine Pajot catamaran represents: a balance between adventure and tranquility.

A well-deserved special mention for this passionate crew, who proudly shine the #MyBoatAndI community across the Atlantic.

The second special mention of the #MyBoatAndI2025 edition is awarded to Scott Sechrest, owner of the Aura 51 Alizée, delivered last July.

Based in the United States, Scott set sail for a wonderful adventure in Europe and is currently sailing between Portugal and Spain. His photo captures the emotion of those first moments aboard a new boat — a blend of excitement, freedom, and discovery.
